What’s new in EduSystem 1.6 “Reliability”

Version 1.6 is all about reliability. Learning is less likely to stop halfway: lesson videos open on a phone, a video inside a test question stays where it belongs, and interactive tasks fit on the screen. Your organization can rely on exams and sign-in: a learner’s first answer can’t be rewritten, and a password change closes every old session.

What’s changed

Lesson video on your phone

On iPhone, a lesson no longer turns into a black screen. The video opens and plays just as it does on a tablet or computer.

Video in a test question

A video inside a question stays in place and plays in the built-in player. The platform no longer offers to download it, and it doesn’t disappear the next day.

Exams and assessments

Until the learner answers, the correct option stays hidden. The first answer is locked in and can’t be swapped for the right one afterwards, so the exam result reflects what the learner actually knows. Regular quizzes inside lessons work as before.

A password change closes old sessions

When a learner or staff member changes their password, or your organization resets a learner’s password, every open session is closed. They need to sign in again on this device and on any other. When resetting via the email link, passwords that are too simple are no longer accepted: the rules are the same as when changing a password in settings.

Interactive tasks

Tasks adjust to their height: nothing is cut off at the bottom and there’s no extra scrolling inside the frame. Statistics now show which learners completed the task, instead of blank rows with no name.

Support right in the dashboard

If your organization has EduSystem support enabled, the chat opens right inside the dashboard and stays open as you move between pages. A separate support page is no longer needed.

Certificates with your logo

Learner certificates are now light and neutral. They carry your organization’s logo instead of a dark background with the platform’s logo.

Welcome email for new admins

When you add an administrator, they immediately receive an email with their access details.

Admin panel

Every deletion is now confirmed through the same dialog. On phones, tooltips no longer get stuck or cover that dialog. The scenario tree fits on the screen, and buttons sit in a single row.

Dashboard on narrow screens

Course titles on cards are no longer cut off, and module covers are fully visible. Task types are color-coded, and the gold PRO badge no longer blends in with quizzes. On the password reset page, your organization’s logo sits exactly where it does on the regular sign-in page.
