Partnership over product
We're not interested in selling a licence. We're interested in your school succeeding.
We don't sell a platform. We build schools together.
EduSystem was born from real experience building online education products — and a clear frustration: schools deserved better tools and real people behind them.
We've seen what happens when a school owner has the right knowledge but the wrong tools — or no team at all. Lessons scattered across messengers, payments in personal accounts, students confused.
EduSystem exists to change that. Not as a SaaS subscription you figure out alone — but as a partner that knows your business and grows alongside it.
We're not interested in selling a licence. We're interested in your school succeeding.
Every partner gets a real person — not a ticket system, not a chatbot.
If the platform doesn't fit your workflow, we change the platform — not the other way around.
Access to an entire ecosystem of tools and expertise — without enterprise-level costs.
They met through a job posting at Oleksander's company Raxkor. What started as a working relationship quickly became a real collaboration — building projects together, learning how the other thinks.
Oleksander was invited to join an international EdTech startup. He brought Vazgen. Together they built Emery English — a full online English school — from zero. That experience became the foundation: they knew what a real educational product required, and what was missing in the market.
After leaving the startup, Oleksander spent time thinking. He had the experience, the partner network, and a clear problem to solve: small and mid-size schools needed a real technology partner, not another tool to figure out alone. He called Vazgen. 50/50. EduSystem was born.
EduSystem is bootstrapped, growing, and built around a simple belief: the best technology is invisible — and the best support feels like having a co-founder who handles the technical side so you can focus on teaching.

Fractional CTO, Lead PM, and business systems architect. Oleksander is the one who talks to partners, understands their school, designs the solution, and makes sure everything comes together. If something needs to be built that doesn't exist yet — he's the one who figures out how. Sometimes also the QA tester.

Based in Armenia, Vazgen is the technical backbone of EduSystem. He built the platform — every activity type, every integration, every line of code. Where others would say 'that's not possible,' Vazgen finds a way. Quiet, precise, and deeply invested in getting the product right.
Not a demo. Not a pricing page. A real conversation about what your school needs — and what's getting in the way. Most of our partners came to us for something small and stayed because we helped them think bigger.
Your branded platform, your domain, your workflow. We configure, migrate content, and set up everything by hand — because automatic imports miss the details that matter to learners.
New feature needed? We build it. Something not working for your niche? We adapt. You're not locked into what the platform can do today — you have a technical team that moves with your school.
No sales pitch. Just a 20-minute conversation about where you are and what would actually help.
