What's New in EduSystem 1.5 «Structure»

This is one of the biggest releases in the platform’s history. Version 1.5 is about order, structure, and management inside the school: student groups, language levels, a knowledge base, an organization balance, and a new activity — plus a deep technical update under the hood.

What's Changed

Technical stack update

We updated all project dependencies to the latest versions. The platform is more stable, more secure, and faster. This is the foundation all new capabilities build on.

Improved security and performance

Security mechanisms were strengthened at the infrastructure level. Bugs that affected stability were fixed. Platform performance improved.

Student groups

Admins can now create student groups, add learners to them, or move students between groups. Handy for schools with many students or different learning tracks.

Language levels — new feature requested by Kashuba Online

At the request of Kashuba Online, language levels are now available. You can set a language level and grant access to specific modules, lessons, or activities only to students with the matching level. Personalized learning — without extra effort.

New activity: Reading + Test — requested by Kashuba Online

At the request of Kashuba Online, a new activity Reading + Test was added. Students first read a text, then answer quiz questions about what they read. Ideal for language schools and courses with text-based content.

Knowledge Base for organizations

Every organization now gets its own Knowledge Base — a step-by-step guide to working with the admin panel. It will grow over time. Fewer support questions, more independence.

Organization balance

The admin panel now includes an organization balance section: current plan, live student count, plan-based calculation, and a full history of payments and transactions. Transparency and control in one place.

Updated AI assistant for translations

We updated the platform AI assistant — text and content translations are now more accurate and higher quality.

Improved mail server

A more stable mail server was connected for system email notifications. Messages arrive more reliably and faster.

Improved admin table visuals

We refreshed table styling in the admin panel — cleaner and more comfortable for everyday work.
